Retreat Day Description
Join us for a unique one-day urban retreat dedicated to connecting with the sacred within. Together, we’ll step away from daily demands and move into a space of reflection, intuitive exploration, and soul connection. Through guided meditation, creative exercises, reflective practices, and small group sharing, we will nurture the wise voice that lives within each of us. Step into a space where intuition meets presence and explore what it means to live from your most authentic self. This is a day to honour your journey and the sacred energy that guides you.
Our day unfolds in a serene space with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Avon River. In an intimate group of 20 women (maximum), we will co-create a setting for soulful connection, held by the nature surrounding us. Come as you are and leave feeling renewed, grounded, connected, and more attuned to your true Self.
Flow of the Day:
- 9:45 - 10:00am: Arrive & settle in
- 10:00 - 10:15am: Soft landing; house-keeping
- 10:15 - 11:15am: Introductions, Seed Questions, Connection Exercises
- 11:15 - 11:30am: Break
- 11:30 - 12:45pm: Creativity Session
- 12:45 - 1:45pm: Lunch*
- To keep registration fee low, lunch will be at your own cost. You may either bring a bagged lunch or order in.
- There will be an optional "Savour Walk" activity during the second half of the lunch hour

- 2:00 - 2:45pm: Peak Moment Exercise
- 2:45 - 2:55pm: Bio/Movement Break
- 2:55 - 3:30pm: Guided Meditation
- 3:30 - 4:00pm: Closing circle, Sharing & Take-aways
About the Facilitators
Angela Rolleman, Cathy Morano, and Pat Baigent are friends, colleagues, and Social Workers with a shared passion for personal development. Together with two other close friends, they’ve been gathering twice a year for their own personal retreats, nurturing connection, growth, and renewal. Now, they’re ready to share the love and invite others to join in some of their favourite retreat-day activities.

Early Bird Cost: $175 CAD + HST by October 15, 2025
Regular Cost: $199 CAD + HST after October 15, 2025

Refund/Cancellation Policy
An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellation 14 or more days prior to the workshop date – receive a refund, less $50 administration fee. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the workshop date – receive a credit, less $50 administration fee, to be applied to a future workshop. No credit or refund will be issued if you do not notify us in advance of the workshop date. You may transfer your registration to another individual at no extra cost. In this case, please notify Mission: Empowerment of the name of the alternate person. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event due to instructor illness, extreme weather, under-enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a workshop is cancelled, any registration payment will be returned in full. Liability is limited to a refund of registration fees only.
